Inspired by an original idea of my eldest Grandson, Courtney, and made to help celebrate the Golden anniversary show of the Miniatura® shows I came up with
"There's gold in them thar hills".
He has been prospecting for some time now and is having a celebratory drink as he has, at last, struck gold.
This 'One of a kind" original design piece
is approx. 5½ inches tall. Made of fine ultra-suede.
He has Onyx bead eyes, silk thread nose. He is fully poseable, with internal armatures,
including thumbs that grip.
Wearing a cotton shirt, blue cotton jeans, a leather belt with brass buckle and miniature
Bowie knife. Leather boots and an ultra-suede hat.

He will be on public display for the first time
at the 50th Miniatura® Show at the NEC, Birmingham. ( www.miniatura.co.uk ).
29th and 30th March 2008 and has already been featured in the Miniatura® News.

He is for sale and will be £150.00 - which is
to be
donated to the Cystic Fibrosis charity ( www.cftrust.org.uk
), in the
name of my youngest grandson, Vincent, who was born with Cystic Fibrosis.
The background picture was painted by me, 21
years ago, and will not
be with him but the rest of the items in shot are all part of the piece.
Including the base, barrel, pick, spade, lamp, pipe and Whisky jug.
