All the Bears and kits are intended for Adult collectors only and the maker will accept no liability if given to a child or used as a toy.

The maker reserves the right to discontinue any of the products, especially with regard to fabric and colour availability - but will not do so unless no other suitable replacement can be found.

All orders must be accompanied with payment in Pounds(Ł) Sterling, either by PayPal, cheque, postal order or international money order. Do not send cash in the post. Please make payable to J. E. Parnell. I am happy to accept orders from overseas collectors but I can only accept payment in Pounds(Ł) Sterling and any additional Postage cost will be charged at cost.

Post and packing is only charged at cost but please contact me to get a current price to your destination.

Allow 6 weeks for delivery from receipt of order. If you have any particular deadline (wedding etc.) please contact me immediately and I will try to comply if I can. I cannot accept liability for any issues caused by late delivery.
